Faculty Leadership

Several FaCE Project Phase I workshops were designed to enhance and examine faculty governance and leadership on ACM campuses in order that best practices could be identified and shared. A workshop also addressed issues important for department chairs and program directors.

In general, the aim of these workshops was to develop a network to help individuals prepare for campus leadership roles which could take a variety of forms. Mentoring networks, along with job shadowing opportunities, were a part of these workshops.
