ACM provides a variety of opportunities for faculty at ACM colleges to extend their expertise and gain new perspectives.

Conferences and workshops

• ACM sponsors a variety of conference and workshops for faculty each year.

Visiting faculty positions on ACM off-campus study programs

• Appointments are available on programs located in Africa, Asia, Europe and the U.S. Length of appointments vary by program.

Grant-funded programs

• Faculty Career Enhancement Project (FaCE) -- FaCE invites competitive proposals from faculty at ACM colleges, offering funding for research, meetings, development of internet-based outreach tools, or evaluation activities.
• National Institute for Technology and Liberal Education (NITLE) --instructional technology workshops in a range of disciplines

GLCA Fund for the Study of Japan

• The Fund provides an array of grant opportunities for faculty members engaged in various fields of Japan Studies. Faculty at member institutions of the GLCA and ACM consortiums are eligible to apply for these grants. Information about the grants is available on the GLCA website.
