2008-09 Photo Contest

From Mongolia to the southernmost inhabitable city in the world to the streets of New York City, students travel the world in their off-campus study programs. The photos they bring back speak volumes about their experiences and provide a glimpse of the depth and excitement of off-campus study.
As part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM), the consortium sponsored the ACM Off-Campus Study Photo Contest, inviting students at ACM colleges to share the images and impressions they gathered from studying in locations around the world.
A Grand Prize was awarded, along with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes in three categories: people, places, and stories. In addition, ten photos received Honorable Mention recognition.
