Adventures of the Italian Tooth Mouse and the Baffling Qualities of Gravy: Culture in Dialogue

Dinners with my Florentine host family offered a rare view of Italian life and I, in turn, attempted to provide them with a window into American culture. Through discussions about the Italian Tooth Mouse and the baffling qualities of gravy, I discovered that culture is a dialogue that can both surprise and inspire those who are willing to participate.
