How to apply

  • For the fall seminar: Download an application for fall 2008 (in PDF format; requires the free Acrobat Reader). You can also pick up application materials from the campus program advisor. Students from non-ACM/GLCA colleges must contact the ACM office in Chicago.
  • For the short-term seminars: Contact your campus advisor for short-term seminars or the ACM office.
  • Check with the program advisor for the application requirements and deadlines on your campus and for more information.
  • Stop by the financial aid office to find out about remaining eligible for aid.
  • Check with the program advisor and/or off-campus studies office about the distribution of credit.
  • Return the completed application to the program advisor by your campus' deadline. ACM must receive completed fall applications (having gone through all on-campus procedures) by March 15, 2008. Applications for short-term seminars should be given to the instructor, who will forward them to the ACM office.
  • If you're accepted, pay a non-refundable $400 deposit directly to the ACM office in Chicago to secure your place. The deposit will be applied to your program fee.
