Campus activities, involvement, or other interests: On-campus: Student Ambassador at the Career Advancement Center and Contributor to The Stentor (LFC's newspaper); Off-campus: Cooking, photography, rock hunting, and spending time with my husband and 2 dogs.
Why I chose to do this program: I just wanted to shake up my life by going on this grand adventure in India. I wanted to flip my worldview upside down and see life from a different perspective, and so far I have not fallen short of this expectation!
What I'm most excited about: Getting to know myself better and learning a lot about what I like, what I believe in, and what is important to me in life. India is a place where I am always learning, ironically sometimes more about things at home and what is going on internally than all the chaos and excitement going on externally here in Pune.
