Campus activities, involvement, or other interests: I am a member of the Macalester International Organization, as well as Gamma Theta Upsilon, a geography honors society. I also work as a teaching assistant for the Human Geography course taught at my college.
Why I chose this program: I was excited to find a program that not only focused on art, but managed to do it in a regional geographic context. Its dual-city nature was also extremely attractive to me.
What am I most excited about: I am most enthusiastic about the frequent travel and the subject matter that I will be able to explore in-person.
