Activities & interests: Co-President of SWAHP (Students Working Against Hunger and Poverty), play in a violin quartet and take lessons
Why I chose to do this program: First of all, I chose this program because I've always wanted to go to Central America, especially Costa Rica. Also, I like the fact that the program incorporates a service learning project. Outside-the-classroom experiences like that tend to be some of the best things to learn from.
What I'm most excited about: I'm most excited about living with a host family and just being in a different country for a semester.
