  • Monmouth College
  • London & Florence, Spring 2011

Hometown: North Henderson, IL

Major: English

Campus activities, involvement, or other interests: I enjoy acting, reading, doodling, painting, writing plays, and meeting odd people that say odd things. Music is an important part of me. I love John Coltrane, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, and Chopin's Nocturnes to name a few. I  graduate from Monmouth College in 2012.

Why I chose to do this program: I chose this program because of the opportunity it presented me as an English major with a heavy interest in theatre. I have never been to Europe and figured this would be the best way and time to do it.

What I'm most excited about: I'm most excited about traveling to new places that I could never imagine seeing, watching London theatre, drinking wine and coffee on a daily basis, and painting the Florentine landscape.
