- Download
an application for Spring 2009 (in PDF format; requires
the free Acrobat
Reader).
You can also pick up application materials from the campus
program advisor. Students from non-ACM colleges must contact
the ACM office in Chicago.
-
Check with the program advisor for the application requirements
and deadlines on your campus. The advisor can answer your questions
about the program and perhaps put you in touch with past participants
from your campus.
-
Stop by the financial aid office to find out about remaining eligible
for financial aid.
-
Check with the program advisor and/or off-campus studies office
about the amount and distribution of credit for the program.
-
Return the completed application to the program advisor by your
campus’ deadline. For spring 2007, ACM must receive completed
applications (having gone through all on-campus procedures) by
March 15, 2008 for regular decision or by November 1,
2008 for late decision.
-
If you’re accepted, pay a non-refundable $400 deposit directly
to the ACM office in Chicago to secure your place. The deposit
will be applied toward your program fee. The remainder of the
program fee is paid to your home ACM college.
