Emily is the Program Associate for Botswana, Chicago Program, Newberry Seminar in the Humanities, Oak Ridge Science Semester, and Tanzania.  She graduated from Beloit College in 2004 with a B.A. in Sociology.  During her junior year, Emily participated in the ACM Urban Studies program where she lived in Hyde Park and interned at Alternatives, Inc. with the Restorative Justice division.  Emily is currently pursuing her masters degree in Cultural and Education Policy Studies at Loyola University.
