The ACM Jordan program is operated in partnership with AMIDEAST, a leading American non-profit organization engaged in international education, training, and development activities in the Middle East and North Africa.

For more than 60 years, AMIDEAST has worked to develop students’ intercultural and global competence. With firm roots in Jordan and the region, AMIDEAST provides a wide range of connections and resources to support your learning and cultural immersion in Amman. They will provide you with living and learning environments that are safe, stimulating, and inclusive of all cultural backgrounds.

AMIDEAST facilities

AMIDEAST’s facility in Amman is open daily to students. You’ll have access to a student lounge, a quiet study room, and the program staff offices.

The study lounge has a small library with limited materials, so you’ll likely need to check with your home campus to see if you can get electronic access to your library while abroad.
